They keep updating this - which is great - but I didn't find the MusicBrainz tag correction to work very well. I threw a bunch of mp3s at it and it didn't find anything.

A list of music tag editors for the Apple Macintosh - mostly concentrating on mp3 id3 capable tag editors. With News and Updates...
MP3-Info CMM | Handy Contextual Menu Module that lets you apply common rename patterns to individual mp3s without opening a full-fledged tag editor. Great stuff. |
jiald3 | Recent addition... still need to test this one, but it doesn't look like a very complete solution. |
autotagx | From their website: "AutoTagX automatically tags and organizes your MP3 files with the simplicity of drag-and-drop and the power of internet music databases." They're working on a beta release now. |
idtunes | These folks have the gall to charge for cleaning up your tags. "Less than a penny per song" |
jajuk | A java tagger. |
media rage | Probably the most complete set of tools, but the interface is really frustrating and annoying. |
mp3tagger | Another java tagger. |
itag | Simple and incomplete tagger |
id3x | Another popular choice, but not very complete and hasn't been updated in years. |
mp3freaker | This is one of those programs that "automatically" cleans your tags. I have to check this one out again, since there is a new version. |
taggerwocky | Funny name. Ancient tag editor. |
tritag | My current choice. Doesn't do it all, but the way it handles getting tags from filenames is easy and powerful. |
tunetags | Not a tag editor per se, but a program to add keywords to your music. |
music box | Mainly a music file database, which also has some tagging functions. |
id3 editor | Another simplistic tagger. |
itag (also) | Not a very original name. The icon is a foot with a toe tag. |
tag | Another simplistic and incomplete editor. |
ieatbrainz | I've tried this one a few times. It tries to fix tags automatically, but it's slooooow. |
mp3 pretty namer | Ancient and missing the essential ability to get tags from the name of the file. |
audiferousid3 | Haven't really looked at this one yet... doesn't look promising |
better finder rename | Does the renaming part, but missing the part where you get tags from the filenames. |
music renamer | Another renamer missing most other functions. |
id3 editor | Another simplistic editor... |
itunify | Does some things that other tag editor might not... but this isn't a complete solution. |
musicguru | Mostly for organizing the files rather than doing many tag editing functions. |
ubertunz | Ancient player, editor. |
idInfiltr8 | Simplistic tag editor |
audioTT | Yet another java tagger. |
easyTAG | GTK+ editor that I could maybe get to work... |
picard | Next generation tagger from MusicBrainz - Mac version not out yet. |
skooby renamer | A file renamer rather than a tag editor |
jaikoz | A java editor that's promising, but I hate the interface. |
corripio | Mostly a artwork/lyric finder. Hoping they add some tag editing functions. |
musorg | Simplistic tag editor, claims to do freedb lookup... will investigate further |
id3mod | Doesn't really do tag editing... changes tag encoding for Double Byte Character System (DBCS) like Japanese and Chinese. |
qloud | Add keywords to your artists, albums and songs. iTunes plugin. Similar to TuneTags, but suggests tags. In alpha. |
Doug's Applescripts | Doug's Applescripts for iTunes include tag manipulating scripts. |

I think they have done alot of work on this since your last post, and the musicbrainz tagging is working alot better and it looks more like iTunes, could be worth another look
You can also try this music tagger software.
